Cab Facility also available from Huda city centre to IMT Sector 6, Manesar

Key Responsibilities

Manage key accounts and act as the primary point of contact for clients.

Build and maintain solid, long-term relationships with key customers.

Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to drive account growth.

Develop strategic account plans aligned with client business objectives.

Drive customer satisfaction, retention, renewals, and long-term loyalty.

Understand client requirements and provide customized business solutions.

Coordinate with Sales, Product, Operations, Quality, and Management teams for smooth order execution.

Monitor account performance, sales targets, revenue growth, and profitability.





Conduct regular business reviews and present performance updates to key stakeholders.

Identify emerging customer needs, market trends, and new business opportunities.

Lead commercial negotiations and support contract renewals.

Requirements

3–10 years of experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, Strategic Sales, or Business Development.

Experience in managing high-value/key accounts and driving revenue growth.

Strong client relationship management and negotiation skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication & presentation skills.

Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.

Confident in communicating with senior management and C-level executives.

Candidates from FMCG, Nutraceuticals, Dietary Supplements, Food & Wellness, or related industries will be preferred.
