- Solid understanding of LDC, HDC, and B2B FMEG product categories.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office Suite, and data analysis for sales forecasting.
- Ability to interpret commercial contracts and pricing structures.

- Achieve individual secondary sales targets through effective account management.

Recommend promotional schemes for builder accounts.

Stakeholder Engagement





Conduct minimum 4 strategic meetings per state annually with builders, contractors, and consultants.

Initiate engagement plans and propose strategic partnerships.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategies.

Recommend product/service enhancements based on insights.

Named Accounts on Long-Term Contracts

Manage top builder accounts under long-term rate contracts to ensure consistent revenue.

Negotiate contract terms within approved frameworks.
