The RoleWe're looking for a Junior Video Editor who is passionate about visual storytelling and excited to create engaging content across digital platforms.

You'll work closely with our Marketing, Content, and Sales teams to turn ideas and briefs into high-quality video content.

What You'll Do

- Edit high-quality, platform-ready content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reels, Shorts, and other channels
- Work primarily in Adobe Premiere Pro, along with After Effects, Photoshop, and other Adobe tools
- Add captions, subtitles, motion graphics, and on-screen text optimized for social media
- Translate creative briefs and ideas into compelling video stories
- Help maintain and evolve Hoopr's visual identity across video content
- Stay updated on video trends, AI-powered creative tools, editing techniques, and social formats
- Contribute ideas during campaigns, content planning, and creative brainstorming

What We're Looking For
- 1–2 years of professional experience in video editing,



preferably at a startup, agency, or content-led brand
- A strong portfolio/reel demonstrating creativity, storytelling, attention to detail, and versatility
- Strong hands-on proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro — must-have
- Working knowledge of After Effects for basic motion graphics and animations
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and the Adobe Suite
- Solid understanding of pacing, storytelling, composition, and visual hierarchy, especially for short-form content
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment

Bonus Skills
- Basic videography — camera handling, framing, lighting, and audio
- Experience with AI tools for video editing, generation, or enhancement
- Knowledge of motion design
- Interest in music, content creation, or the creator economy
