About the Role

We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Video Editor who is comfortable handling both camera operations and video editing. The role will primarily focus on shooting and managing video production (around 80%), with the remaining time dedicated to editing and post-production.

Key Responsibilities

Camera & Video Production – 80%

- Handle camera setup and operate cameras during shoots.
- Plan and manage basic video shoots, framing, lighting, and audio.
- Record high-quality videos for social media, marketing, interviews, events, and internal communications.
- Coordinate with team members during shoots and ensure all required shots are captured.
- Manage basic camera equipment, lighting, microphones, and other production accessories.
- Ensure proper composition, exposure, focus, and audio quality.
- Assist with setting up and packing equipment before and after shoots.

Video Editing – 20%

- Edit videos for social media, promotional content, interviews, and internal communications.
- Add basic transitions, text, captions, music, graphics, and effects.
- Perform basic color correction, audio adjustment, and video optimization.




- Export videos in formats suitable for different social media platforms.

Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in video production or video editing.
- Good knowledge of camera handling and basic shooting techniques.
- Basic knowledge of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.
- Creative mindset with good attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams.
- A portfolio or sample work will be an added advantage.
