Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Research Analyst role based in Kozhikode.

The Junior Research

Analyst will support brand strategy projects by gathering and analyzing market and audience data to inform storytelling and communication decisions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting primary and secondary research, compiling statistics, preparing reports and insights, and assisting in the interpretation of data for creative and marketing teams. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional colleagues,



presenting findings in a clear and structured manner, and maintaining organized research documentation and databases.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative data.
- Research and market research skills to gather, validate, and synthesize information.
- Statistics knowledge to work with data sets, basic analysis, and reporting.
- Effective communication skills to present findings clearly to internal teams and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with spreadsheets and presentation tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Interest in branding, storytelling, and consumer behavior; prior internship or project experience in research is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively in office in Kozhikode and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
