Location: India – Remote

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM IST (European working hours)

ODN Recruitment is an international recruitment company specializing in connecting skilled candidates with employment opportunities across Europe, particularly in countries such as the Netherlands and Germany.

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter who is motivated, communicative, and eager to build a career in international recruitment.

Your role

As a Junior Recruiter, you will work directly with our Recruitment Coordinator/Recruiter and support the complete recruitment process. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, communicating with applicants, and ensuring candidates are properly guided through the recruitment process.

Key responsibilities

· Source candidates through Facebook groups, job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.

· Understand client job requirements and send perfect candidates

· Screen candidates according to job requirements.

· Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess suitability.

· Maintain regular communication with candidates through WhatsApp, Facebook and email.

· Support the Recruitment Coordinator/Recruiter with daily recruitment activities.

· Keep candidates updated throughout the recruitment and onboarding process and help them getting all the relevant information of job and responsibilities

· Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets and update candidate base and KPI tracker

· Ability to work independently when required





· Work closely with the team to achieve overall recruitment goals.

Requirements

· Fluent English – both written and spoken.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Confident speaking with candidates over the phone and WhatsApp.

· Good organizational and time-management skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Good knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace, canva, Facebook and other job portals

· Comfortable working with social media and online recruitment platforms.

· Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.

· Willingness to learn about the European job market and recruitment processes.

· Previous recruitment/HR experience is an advantage but not mandatory.

· Freshers with excellent English and communication skills are welcome to apply.
