We are looking for a motivated and organized Junior Project Manager to assist in planning, coordinating, and delivering software and IT projects. The candidate will work closely with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, business teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered within the agreed scope, timeline, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate should have positive communication and coordination skills, a basic understanding of software development processes, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

- Assist in planning, coordinating, and managing software/IT projects from initiation to delivery.
- Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, business teams, and other stakeholders.
- Understand project requirements and assist in converting them into actionable tasks.




- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and task assignments.
- Track daily project progress and ensure tasks are completed within defined deadlines.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with team members regarding task status, blockers, and dependencies.
- Organize and participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospective meetings.
