Job Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic Junior Motion Graphics Designer with 1–2 years of professional experience to join our team in Kolkata.

The ideal candidate has a solid understanding of animation, video editing, typography, and visual storytelling, and can transform static designs into engaging motion content for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, and other multimedia platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging 2D animations, motion graphics, title graphics, lower thirds, transitions, and video assets for social media, advertisements, and digital platforms.
- Develop storyboards and translate creative briefs into effective motion concepts.
- Edit raw video footage, including cutting, sequencing, audio syncing, transitions, and basic visual effects.
- Create visually engaging content while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
- Optimize videos and animations for different platforms, aspect ratios, and social media specifications.
- Collaborate with graphic designers, copywriters, marketing teams, and other creative professionals.
- Organize and manage media assets, project files, and source files efficiently.
- Handle rendering and export workflows while ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Work on multiple projects simultaneously and incorporate feedback through creative iterations.
- Stay updated with current motion design,



editing, and social media content trends.

Requirements & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
- Strong showreel/portfolio demonstrating skills in 2D animation, typography, timing, transitions, and visual storytelling.
- Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
- Good understanding of frame rates, video codecs, aspect ratios, resolutions, and basic color grading.
- Strong sense of visual composition, pacing, typography, and design.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and execute ideas independently.
- Strong time management skills and ability to work within deadlines.
- Comfortable receiving constructive feedback and making revisions.

Good to Have

- Basic knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Familiarity with graphic design principles.
- Understanding of social media video formats and trends.
- Basic knowledge of 3D motion graphics and visual effects.
