Role Description The Junior Meta Ads Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of Meta advertising campaigns (Facebook and Instagram) for a variety of clients. Day-to-day tasks include setting up ad campaigns, configuring targeting, tracking, and budgets, and monitoring performance using Meta Ads Manager and related tools. The role involves analyzing campaign data, preparing performance reports, and proposing adjustments to improve click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend.

The Junior Meta Ads

Manager will collaborate with senior strategists, designers, and copywriters to align creatives and messaging with client goals.



This position also includes assisting with audience research, A/B testing, and maintaining transparent communication with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and constant optimization of campaigns.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including clear written reporting and effective collaboration with internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Marketing skills, with an understanding of digital funnels, customer acquisition, and performance-driven strategies.
- Candidates should possess Advertising skills, particularly in Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram), including basic campaign setup, targeting, and optimization.
