Role Description:

- The Junior Graphic Designer is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. Responsibilities include
- Creating and adapting visual assets for digital and print campaigns
- Supporting branding and logo design projects, and developing layouts for marketing materials under the guidance of senior designers.
- The role involves working with typography, preparing production-ready files, and collaborating with account and creative teams to ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
- The Junior Graphic Designer will assist in brainstorming concepts,



refining designs based on feedback, and maintaining organized design files and asset libraries.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
- Skills in Logo Design and Branding to support cohesive visual identities.
- Ability to work effectively with Typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign or equivalent, CoralDraw).
- Relevant academic background in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Portfolio demonstrating creative thinking, attention to detail, and ability to follow brand guidelines.
- Strong collaboration skills, openness to feedback, and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Interest in marketing communications and willingness to learn within a fast-paced agency environment.
