, we build systems that value engineering judgment over framework trivia. This role is for a developer with solid fundamentals across the stack who wants to deepen their craft on production systems. You will work across React with TanStack (our primary toolkit), Next.js and Astro on the frontend, and Nest.js on the backend, with mentorship from senior engineers who will push you to reason about the "why" behind every decision.

What You’ll Do

- Build and maintain features across our React/TanStack, Next.js and Astro frontend and Nest.js backend services.

- Write clean, testable code and participate in code reviews to learn and improve.

- Collaborate with product and design to ship features end-to-end — from API contract to UI.

- Debug production issues and trace failures across the frontend/backend boundary.





- Learn to own small services or modules with increasing autonomy over time.

What We’re Looking For

- 1 year of skilled experience shipping code in production (or equivalent depth from internships + side projects).

- Solid JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals — you know how closures, async/await, and the event loop actually work.

- Experience with React and an understanding of component lifecycle, hooks, and state management.

- Basic backend literacy — REST APIs, SQL/NoSQL databases, and how HTTP actually works.

- Ability to read error traces, reproduce bugs methodically, and ask sharp questions.

- Bias toward clarity and maintainability over cleverness.
