Job Summary

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Junior HR Executive to join our team at Surat and support our people operations, recruitment, and employee engagement initiatives. The Junior HR Executive will be responsible for assisting in recruitment activities, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and documentation processes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations. The role also involves employee communication, attendance coordination, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities

- Assist in recruitment and hiring processes

- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews with candidates

- Manage onboarding and employee documentation

- Maintain employee records and HR databases

- Coordinate attendance and day-to-day HR operations

- Assist in Report preparation





- Support in communication activities

- Assist in drafting HR-related emails and reports

- Ensure smooth coordination between management and employees
