We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architectural Designer to support our architects and design team in developing architectural concepts, drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials. The candidate will work closely with senior architects and project teams to develop designs from concept stage through to detailed documentation.

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or BA visual arts/ BA interior Architecture & artistry

Key Responsibilities

- Assist architects in developing concept designs and architectural proposals.
- Prepare architectural plans, elevations, sections, and presentation drawings.
- Develop 3D models and architectural visualisations for projects.
- Convert design concepts and sketches into detailed drawings.
- Assist in preparing drawings for planning approval and construction.
- Revise drawings and designs based on architect and client feedback.
- Assist with material selection, finishes, and design development.
- Coordinate architectural drawings with structural and MEP requirements.




- Conduct basic site measurements and incorporate site information into drawings.
- Prepare presentations, mood boards, and design documentation.
- Assist senior architects throughout different stages of the project.
- Ensure drawings and design outputs are accurate and completed within project deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Architectural Design, or a related field.
- Good proficiency in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of SketchUp is preferred.
- Knowledge of Revit, Lumion, Enscape, V-Ray, Photoshop, or other architectural software will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural design and construction.
- Creative thinking and good design sense.
- Ability to read and understand architectural drawings.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
