We are looking for a confident and motivated B2B Telecaller / Business Development Executive to join our team.
The role involves contacting businesses, speaking with relevant decision-makers, briefly introducing our company's services, understanding their basic requirements, and identifying potential business opportunities.
The selected candidate will primarily be responsible for lead generation, initial conversations, qualification, follow-ups and scheduling meetings with interested prospects.
Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential business clients.
- Speak professionally with business owners, managers and decision-makers.
- Introduce our company and services in a clear and concise manner.
- Understand the prospect's basic requirements and current challenges.
- Identify interested and qualified prospects.
- Schedule meetings or demonstrations for the sales team.
- Follow up with potential clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and call information.
- Update CRM or internal records regularly.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead-generation targets.
Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable speaking with new people over the phone.
- Good spoken English.
- Telugu and Hindi communication skills are preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.
- Positive follow-up and organizational skills.
- Positive and target-oriented attitude.
