Role Description The Junior Architect will support the design and delivery of architectural and interior projects from concept through execution. This full time, on-site role in Pune City involves preparing drawings and 3D models, assisting with design development, and coordinating details with senior architects and designers. Day-to-day tasks include creating and revising plans, sections, and elevations; participating in client meetings; and helping to prepare presentations and documentation.

The Junior

Architect will assist in material selection, site measurements, and basic site supervision as directed, ensuring designs are implemented according to specifications.



Collaboration with project teams, consultants, and vendors is required to maintain project timelines, quality, and compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with ability to translate concepts into accurate drawings and models.
- Experience or familiarity with Software Development and Integration as they relate to design tools, BIM, or digital workflows.
- Basic Project Management skills, including task prioritization, coordination with stakeholders, and adherence to schedules.
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar tools; working knowledge of MS Office.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or an equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- Attention to detail, strong visual and spatial understanding, and ability to follow design guidelines and building codes.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take feedback and work under supervision.
- Interest in interior design, local building practices in Pune, and willingness to visit and work at project sites as required.
