Job highlights

- 1-2 years experience in GST, TDS, sales accounting, order processing; proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); knowledge of QuickBooks, Tally or ERP; bonus for Shopify/Amazon Seller Central exposure
- Manage TDS and GST compliance, perform account reconciliations, process domestic and international sales orders, prepare MIS and operational reports, coordinate with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

Accounts & Financial Operations

- TDS computation, deduction, return filing, and related compliance (24Q, 26Q, etc.).
- GST reconciliation, return preparation and filing (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.)
- Tally entry checks, voucher verification, account reconciliations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and financial documentation
- Assist in sales reconciliation and preparation of periodic MIS reports
- Support payment tracking, receivable monitoring, and record maintenance
- Ensure documentation compliance with internal accounting procedures




- Process domestic and international sales orders across multiple sales channels
- Monitor order status and ensure timely processing & fulfilment
- Maintain sales order records, inventory reports, and sales registers
- Coordinate with Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, and Logistics teams to resolve order-related issues
- Support order processing across online marketplaces as required

Reporting & Documentation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports
- Maintain sales order books, inventory records, and departmental MIS
- Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of all reports

What We're Looking For 1 to 2 years in Accounts, GST, TDS, Sales Accounting, Order Processing, or Finance Operations Experience with sales transactions, reconciliations, invoicing, or order processing Strong grip on Accounting Principles & Accounts Receivable Proficiency in Excel VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Lookups Working knowledge of QuickBooks, Tally, or any ERP/Accounting software Bonus: exposure to Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, or other marketplace platforms Sharp analytical mind, robust attention to detail, deadline-driven
