We are looking for a Junior Production Accounts Executive to support production-related accounting activities, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with the Production, Accounts, Purchase, and Inventory teams. The role will involve tracking material, job-work expenses, vendor records, and production-related entries.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate production-related accounting records and entries.
- Record and verify gold, diamond, material, labor, and job-work details as required.
- Maintain vendor and job-work ledgers and assist in regular reconciliation.
- Check production-related invoices, vouchers, bills, and supporting documents.
- Track material issues, receipts, consumption, and returns and coordinate with the concerned departments.
- Assist in preparing job-wise costing and production reports.
- Identify and report discrepancies in material, weight, costing, or accounting records.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Inventory, QC, and Accounts for required information.
- Assist in stock and ledger reconciliation related to production activities.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of production account records.
- Support the Senior Accounts team in MIS, reports, reconciliations, and other accounting activities.
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of company and financial information.

Required Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Knowledge of Tally/Busy/ERP will be preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work with multiple departments.
- Basic understanding of jewelry production and inventory processes will be an advantage.
