Role Overview We are looking for a Junior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations. The candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals and hands-on experience with Odoo or other ERP/accounting software .

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in Odoo/ERP.
- Manage purchase, sales, expenses, payments, receipts, and journal entries.
- Maintain customer, vendor, and general ledgers.
- Handle Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
- Prepare and verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Track outstanding payments and receivables.
- Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Support monthly closing and preparation of financial reports.




- Coordinate with Operations, Procurement, Sales, and other teams for accounting-related requirements.
- Assist in audits and ensure proper maintenance of financial documentation.

Requirements

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Hands-on experience with Odoo ERP or any other ERP/accounting software is mandatory/preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles, GST, TDS, AP, AR, and reconciliations.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup workplace.

Preferred

- Experience working with Odoo ERP.
- Experience in AgriTech, FMCG, trading, procurement, supply chain, or startup environments.
- Candidates who are comfortable working across finance and business operations.
