We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate Junior Badminton Coaches to join our coaching team and assist our Lead Coaches in Beginners & Foundation-level training.

This is a excellent opportunity for both experienced coaches and freshers who are passionate about badminton and want to build a professional career in sports coaching.

Key Responsibilities

Assist Lead Coaches during beginner and foundation training sessions

Conduct basic badminton skill-development drills

Help with warm-up, footwork and movement sessions

Monitor and guide beginners during training





Maintain discipline and training standards

Support coaches during academy activities, camps and events

Contribute to a positive and professional learning environment

Who Can Apply?

Good with children and beginner-level athletes

Willing to learn and work as part of a professional coaching team

Badminton coaching qualifications/certifications will be an advantage, but motivated freshers with the right attitude are also encouraged to apply.
