Asterima Nutricare Private Limited is looking for a sincere, organised and responsible Junior Accountant to join our team at Ayyanthole, Thrissur.

The ideal candidate should have good working knowledge of Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel, a basic understanding of accounting and GST concepts, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals and practical knowledge of Tally are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Enter purchase, sales, receipt, payment and journal vouchers in Tally Prime

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts and supporting documents
- Record bank transactions and assist with bank reconciliation
- Maintain customer, supplier and expense ledgers
- Verify invoices, bills and payment records
- Assist with GST-related accounting and preparation of data for GST returns
- Assist with TDS entries and basic statutory documentation
- Prepare and maintain accounting reports in Microsoft Excel
- Coordinate with internal departments,



suppliers and the company’s accountant/CA
- Support marketplace and e-commerce sales reconciliation
- Assist with inventory accounting and stock reconciliation
- Perform other routine accounting and administrative duties assigned by the management

Required Skills

* Good practical knowledge of Tally Prime

- Basic to intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Sound understanding of basic accounting principles
- Familiarity with GST invoices, input tax and output tax
- Positive written and verbal communication skills in English
- Accuracy in data entry and strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of financial information

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
