About the Role

Global Consulting (GC) is looking for enthusiastic IT Project Coordinators who are interested in building a career in IT project management, technology, software, and business operations.

Freshers from any graduation background can apply. You do not need to be a programmer or come from an IT degree. Candidates with good English communication, coordination skills, computer knowledge, and a willingness to learn technology will be considered.

Selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and gain exposure to live IT and technology projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day activities across IT and software projects.
- Assist Project Managers with project planning, execution, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with developers,



engineers, vendors, clients, and internal teams.
- Track project tasks, deadlines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Prepare project status reports, MOMs, trackers, and documentation.
- Schedule meetings and follow up with team members on pending activities.
- Communicate project updates professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Learn the basics of software development, IT infrastructure, cloud, networking, AI and SaaS projects.
- Identify delays or issues and escalate them to the Project Manager.
- Support multiple projects and ensure tasks are completed within agreed timelines.

We are primarily looking for candidates with good spoken and written English, strong coordination and follow-up skills, basic MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint knowledge, confidence, willingness to learn, and an interest in technology and project management.
