Job Purpose

Job responsibility to have bath monitoring and process control in anodizing process.

Responsibilities

· Collecting daily The Bath Sample From All Chemical Process Tank and Analyze As Per SOP

· Record the observation / results in the formats

· With reference to the result chemical addition to be done as per requirements in the tanks

· Strictly follow the specified process parameters tank wise as per work instructions and record all data's in log report.

· Check and Verify With MSDS & TDS For All Incoming Chemicals and Consumable Items in the anodizing department from stores department

· Controlling process rejections by correct chemical dosing in the tanks

· Maintain Test Records as per ISO requirement

· Reduce , control and maintain Anodizing Customer complaint

· Reduce and control consumable cost, by proper analysis of consumption tank wise

· ETP area process to be effectively followed

· Ensure Kaizens improvements on the shop floor

· Maintain and record Anodizing bath reports compliance

· Maintain and record ETP Reports compliance

· Trainings provided to defined man power on chemical dosing

· Involve in new project / continuous Improvement





· Ensure & maintain PCB Norms like sludge waste, waste water

· Maintain shop floor Hygiene

· Use proper PPE (Safety Shoe, safety helmet, nose mask) while Working.

· Follow 5s (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) and safety norms to avoid accident

· Ensure all instrument to be calibrated for testing

· Ensure Apparatus to be cleaned and washed before doing the new test

· Every chemical to be check before using for dosing

· Every chemical placed cool & dry place and away from unknown person.
