The business is currently experiencing an exciting growth phase and, as such, is seeking a self-motivated, determined, and detail-oriented Jewelry Merchandiser to join our team in Noida Sector 18, India.

Key Responsibilities

Merchandising & Vendor Management

- Act as the main contact between clients, factories, and service providers.
- Source and allocate factories, materials, and services as per project needs.
- Negotiate pricing and timelines, maintain strong supplier relationships.

Client Acquisition & Sales

- Identify and acquire new clients relevant to Deepwear’s services.
- Conduct meetings, prepare proposals, and manage communication until deal closure.
- Ensure smooth handover of projects and maintain client relationships for repeat business.

Project & Resource Management

- Develop project plans with timelines, budgets, and milestones.
- Allocate and manage factories, materials, and resources for efficient production.
- Create production schedules and ensure timely delivery.

Quality, Cost & Risk Control

- Implement quality control measures and oversee final product inspections.
- Monitor budgets and P&L; to keep costs within limits.
- Assess risks and implement solutions to avoid delays or issues.

Collaboration & Communication

- Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales, logistics).




- Provide managers with regular updates on progress, delays, and risks.
- Maintain client records in Google Drive and CRM system.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

- Address production issues such as delays or supply disruptions.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimise processes.
- Conduct post-production analysis and client follow-ups.

Compliance & Innovation

- Ensure adherence to regulations, ethical standards, and sustainability practices.
- Research and apply new ideas and innovations in projects.

Additional Responsibilities

- Negotiate contracts, prices, and delivery schedules.
- Support ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned.
- Travel domestically and internationally for factory visits, supplier meetings, and client coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Education: Degree or diploma in Jewelry Design, Gemology, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 - 5 years of experience in jewelry merchandising, product development, sourcing, or vendor management. Fresh Graduate are also welcome to apply.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of jewelry, gemstones, metals, and production processes.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to evaluate product quality, finishes, and ensure design accuracy.
- Creativity & Trend Awareness: Knowledge of global jewelry trends and ability to adapt them to client needs.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in cost negotiation, budgeting, and margin management.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Personal Qualities: Organized, proactive, problem-solver, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
- Technical Tools: Comfortable with Google Drive, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
- Mobility: Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for factory visits, client meetings, and trade fairs.
- Preference: Local candidates are strongly preferred.
