Job Purpose: Job responsibility to ensure proper mounting methods of aluminium profiles in anodizing process.

Responsibilities:

· Lifting the material from sand blasting and brushing while using crane for jigging operation as instructed by shift supervisor

· Visual inspection of received material for jigging operations

· Ensure and modify the head as per the planned sections

· Jigg the material to the head as per the instruction of supervisor

· Proper stacking of material while doing jigging operations

· Follow the SOP given for sand Jigging operations

· Use proper PPE (Goggles, hand gloves, safety helmet, safety shoe, nose mask) while doing Jigging operations

· Follow 3s ( Shine, Set in order, short) and safety norms to avoid accident

· To make sure sufficient material is available for the anodizing tank and is never empty.





· Jigg the material to the fullest capacity of the jigg rod

· Ensure jigging of the material is done inclined to avoid air bubble defects and proper passage of air from the profiles

· Involve in recent jig development
