About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Evaluator to join our innovative team at Turing. In this role, you will play a critical part in creating and refining datasets used for training and benchmarking large language models.

Your primary responsibility will be to curate, evaluate, and improve AI-generated code across multiple programming languages, including Python, C/C++, Rust, Go, Java, and JavaScript (including ReactJS). You will work closely with research teams to ensure the quality, efficiency, and reliability of AI systems, particularly in systems-level code, performance-critical applications, and infrastructure. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge AI research and enterprise solutions, ensuring that AI models are robust, scalable, and ready for deployment in real-world scenarios.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in software engineering, particularly in systems programming, infrastructure, or backend development. A strong background in languages such as JavaScript,



Python, C/C++, Rust, and Go is essential.

Candidates should have a proven track record of building and deploying scalable, production-grade software using modern development tools and methodologies. Deep understanding of software architecture, design principles, debugging, and code review processes is required. Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary to articulate evaluation rationales clearly and effectively.

Candidates from top-tier universities or industry leaders with relevant experience are encouraged to apply, though exceptional skills and practical experience are prioritized over academic pedigree.

Responsibilities

- Curate and build high-quality code examples across multiple programming languages to support AI model training and benchmarking efforts.
- Evaluate AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, scalability, and reliability, providing detailed feedback and suggestions for improvements.
- Collaborate with research teams to refine AI systems and develop solutions that meet industry performance standards.
- Design and implement verification mechanisms to automatically assess the quality of systems-level and infrastructure code generated by AI models.
- Identify error patterns in AI-generated code and develop strategies to mitigate issues related to performance and correctness.




- Participate in the software engineering cycle, including prototyping, architecture design, API development, deployment, monitoring, and operational maintenance.
- Contribute to the development of tools and processes that enhance the evaluation and validation of AI-driven coding solutions.
