About the Role

We are looking for a technically strong Java Developer Intern with a solid foundation in Java and backend development. The intern will work on real-world applications involving Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices, databases, messaging systems, and cloud technologies.The ideal candidate should have strong programming fundamentals, good problem-solving ability, and hands-on academic or personal project experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Build and consume RESTful APIs.
- Work with microservices and backend application architecture.
- Write SQL queries and work with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
- Gain exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Google Pub/Sub.
- Implement validation, exception handling, logging, and error management.
- Apply OOP principles, Java collections, multithreading, and design patterns.
- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit and Mockito.
- Debug application issues and improve application performance.
- Use Git and Maven and gain exposure to CI/CD.
- Work with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms.
- Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and Agile development activities.
