-Manage and monitor RAID storage servers to ensure data availability and performance.

-Administer and maintain File Servers, including user permissions and shared folders.

-Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Wireless Access Points (APs).

-Configure and maintain routers, including LAN/WAN connectivity and basic network troubleshooting.

-Manage Active Directory (AD), including user creation, password resets, group management, and Organizational Units.

-Configure and support Microsoft Outlook, including email setup, PST/OST management, and troubleshooting.

-Resolve IT support issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity, and software.

-Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and business applications.





Provide technical support to end users and ensure timely issue resolution.

-Perform routine system health checks, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

Requirements

-1–2 years of experience in IT Support / Desktop Support / System Administration

-Valuable knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Microsoft Outlook, and basic networking.

-Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN, routers, Wi-Fi, printers, and file servers.

-Basic understanding of RAID/storage systems.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

-Good communication and end-user support skills.
