Role Description The IT Recruiter (Target Based) role at CareerBloc is a full-time remote position focused on sourcing, screening, and placing qualified IT professionals to meet specific hiring targets and client requirements. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from understanding technical job requirements and drafting job postings to conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and facilitating offer negotiations.

The IT Recruiter will maintain talent pipelines,



use various sourcing channels and recruiting tools, and track performance against hiring goals. This role also involves building strong relationships with candidates and clients, providing regular updates, and ensuring an efficient, inclusive recruitment process aligned with CareerBloc’s standards of professionalism and performance.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting to manage end-to-end hiring processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to identify, assess, and place qualified technology professionals.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Hiring, including interviewing, evaluation, and selection, ensuring timely and quality placements.
- Experience working in a target-based or performance-driven recruitment environment is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), qualified networking platforms, and modern sourcing techniques.
- A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
