? We're Hiring: IT Recruiter

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to join our team and drive end-to-end hiring for technical roles. You'll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and closing top tech talent across software development, QA, DevOps, and related domains, while working closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build a strong talent pipeline.

What We're Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in IT/technical recruitment (agency or in-house)
- Strong understanding of technical roles — software developers, QA engineers, DevOps, business analysts, etc.
- Proven experience with sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, job boards)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize effectively
- Strong negotiation skills for offer discussions and closing candidates

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle — sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer closure
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels




- Conduct initial screening calls to assess technical fit, communication skills, and role alignment
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and define candidate profiles
- Maintain and update candidate pipelines/trackers for active roles
- Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and interview panels
- Negotiate offers and manage candidate expectations through to onboarding
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring/future hiring needs
- Stay updated on market trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability in the IT sector

Nice to Have

- Experience recruiting for niche/specialized tech roles (AI/ML, cloud, mobile development)
- Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking System) tools
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup or agency workplace
