Role Description This is a full time remote role for an IT Recruiter (Target based/From consultancy) at CareerBloc. The IT Recruiter will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technology roles, including sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

The role involves coordinating interviews, managing stakeholder communication with clients and hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from initial contact through offer negotiation and onboarding support. The IT Recruiter will work with defined hiring targets and performance metrics,



maintain accurate recruitment records, and provide regular updates and reports on hiring progress. Collaboration with internal teams to refine role requirements and market insights is expected, along with continuous improvement of sourcing strategies to meet client needs efficiently.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Candidates should possess specialized IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with the ability to understand technology roles and market trends.
- Candidates should possess solid Recruiting skills focused on managing multiple requisitions, meeting targets, and maintaining candidate pipelines.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job portals, professional networks (e.g., LinkedIn), and other digital sourcing tools is beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with clients and candidates are essential.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup, manage time effectively, and handle target-based consultancy recruitment environments.
- Prior experience in an IT staffing agency or recruitment consultancy is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in recruitment.
