Location: Tollygunge, Kudghat, Kolkata

Experience: 2.5–3 Years

Salary: ₹25,000–₹30,000/month

What We’re Looking For

- Strong experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing
- Existing client relationships / active client accounts
- Strong LinkedIn network & connections
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Good understanding of IT technologies & technical JDs
- Solid candidate sourcing, screening & coordination skills

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment
- Source & screen quality IT candidates
- Manage client requirements & submissions
- Maintain existing client relationships
- Bring/manage client accounts & generate new requirements




- Coordinate interviews, offers & joining
- Achieve successful recruitment closures
- Use LinkedIn, Job Portals & Boolean Search for sourcing
- Preferred IT Recruitment Consultancy / Staffing experience
- Permanent, Contract & Contract-to-Hire recruitment experience
- Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
