Role Description:

This full-time on-site role in Nashik is for an IT Recruiter (Contract Staffing Specialist) responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for IT contract positions. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating technical and HR interview processes. The role involves managing full-life cycle recruiting activities, negotiating offers, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for contract hires.

The IT Recruiter will collaborate with hiring managers and delivery teams to understand role requirements, maintain candidate pipelines, and track recruitment metrics. The specialist will also support client relationships by providing timely updates, market insights, and ensuring compliance with organizational and client staffing procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete US IT recruitment lifecycle.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate technical candidates.
- Work on W2, C2C,



and 1099 requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication.
- Negotiate rates and facilitate offer closures.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and databases.
- Meet hiring timelines and performance targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting skills, with experience hiring for diverse technology roles.
- Candidates should possess Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting experience, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidates should possess proven Hiring skills, including offer negotiation, stakeholder management, and candidate relationship management.
- Candidates should possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities, with strong attention to detail and time management.
- Relevant experience in contract staffing, staffing agency or consulting environment, and familiarity with VMS/MSP systems is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Nashik, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle multiple requisitions in a fast-paced workplace.

Required Skills:

- 2-7 years of US IT Recruitment experience.
- Strong understanding of W2, C2C, and 1099 hiring.
- Experience with job boards and LinkedIn sourcing.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced staffing environment.
- Experience with VMS/MSP requirements is an advantage.
