Job Track Description:

- IT Operations Requirement

- Monitoring wide range of applications

- Must have good knowledge in spoken and written English

- Works with a moderate degree of supervision

- Some knowledge on Microsoft servers.

- Involves working in 24/7 rotational shift (should be willing to work in night shift)

- Minimum of 13 years of progressively responsible experience, demonstrating in-depth working knowledge with a broad range of applications as Support personnel and with customer service experience

- - Monitoring , Troubleshoot and provide support to Production/UAT Applications

- Works within established procedures and practices.





- May perform one or more of the following: Analyzes business processes and performs needs assessments in an effort to align information technology solutions with business initiatives.

- Production application

- Production servers

- ServiceNow or similar ticketing system

- Analyzes production issues and recommends strategy.

- Participate in performance monitoring and optimization

- Communicate effectively with internal software team members and customers through robust verbal, written and interpersonal skills

- Remain flexible to changes in priorities with the ability to multi-task

- Performs actions based on business/operational needs.

- Verifies setting stability.

- Reviews documented processes for accuracy relevance.

- Provides technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements.
