Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Field Support Engineer with hands-on experience in field IT support and hardware troubleshooting, particularly for laptops and desktop systems. The candidate will be responsible for visiting different locations as required and resolving hardware-related issues.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide on-site/field IT support at different clients locations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot laptop and desktop hardware issues.
- Troubleshoot issues related to RAM, SSD/HDD, motherboard, battery, display, keyboard, charging ports, etc.
- Install, replace, configure, and maintain IT hardware and peripherals.
- Perform hardware testing, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance.
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair and replacement, when required.
- Maintain records of hardware issues, repairs, replacements,



and assets.
- Ensure timely resolution of field support tickets and technical issues.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT Field Support / Desktop Support.
- Strong hands-on experience in laptop hardware troubleshooting and repair.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, peripherals, Windows OS, and basic networking.
- Must have a personal two-wheeler and a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel to different locations as per business requirements.
- Travel expenses/reimbursement will be provided by the company as per company policy.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle field-level technical issues.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
