Senior Specialist - IT Digital Workplace (Intune and Windows Deployment) Location: Kolkata

Experience: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

 Manage and support Microsoft Intune services, including tenant administration, governance, device deployment, reporting, and endpoint lifecycle management.  Maintain Windows endpoint security and standards, including configuration, patching, feature updates, compliance, and security baselines.

 Administer and optimize Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) environments, image management, and user experience.

 Package, test, validate, and deploy enterprise applications using established deployment standards.

 Lead Windows upgrade and update management, ensuring readiness, compliance, and issue resolution.

 Support global Workplace projects, major incidents, and participate in on-call support rotations.

 Drive Evergreen and continuous improvement initiatives by adopting and integrating new Workplace technologies and services.

 Ensure all services are delivered in line with Corporate IT policies, standards, and best practices.

Key Skills

 Strong experience in Microsoft Intune and enterprise Workplace/endpoint management.  Solid understanding of Windows OS, device management, and endpoint security.  Expertise in Intune administration, device enrollment, configuration policies, and governance.

 Experience with software packaging and deployment (MSI, EXE, PowerShell).  Knowledge of enterprise hardware platforms, BIOS/UEFI, TPM, and device provisioning.  Hands-on experience with Windows Autopilot, Entra ID, and endpoint lifecycle management.

 Robust knowledge of Windows security technologies, including BitLocker and LAPS.  Experience managing Windows updates,



feature upgrades, and compliance.  Working knowledge of Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix.

 Exposure to Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and networking.

 Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Qualifications

 Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent).

 Relevant Microsoft certifications or training in Intune, Modern Desktop, MECM/SCCM, or related technologies preferred.

 Experience in enterprise-scale environments.

 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Experience: 8–12 Years

Key Responsibilities

 Manage SCCM/MECM infrastructure, OSD, task sequences, collections, feature updates, compliance, and L3 support.

 Design and maintain Windows 10/11 client standards, images, lifecycle management, and Evergreen strategy.

 Lead hardware, driver, firmware, and Windows upgrade management.  Develop and automate solutions using PowerShell.

 Create compliance reports, deployment documentation, and operational runbooks.



 Support global projects, major incidents, and on-call rotations.

Key Skills

 Strong expertise in Intune, SCCM/MECM, Windows Client Management.  OSD, Task Sequences, MDT, WinPE, PXE, Imaging, Driver Injection, DISM, Sysprep.  Application Packaging (MSI/EXE), Detection Methods, Requirement Rules.  Windows Feature Updates - Feature Updates, Enablement Packages, SetupDiag, Windows

Update for Business, SCCM Servicing, Upgrade Readiness Analytics, Log Analysis  PowerShell scripting and automation.

 Hardware, BIOS, UEFI, TPM, Secure Boot, Dell/Lenovo/Surface platforms.  Firmware and Driver lifecycle management.

 Reporting, Compliance Dashboards, SQL/SSRS.

 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Networking fundamentals.

 Advanced troubleshooting across SCCM and Windows.

Qualifications
