Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an IT Recruiter working from a consultancy environment at CareerBloc. The IT Recruiter will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including understanding client requirements, sourcing and screening IT and technical candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and guiding candidates through offer and onboarding stages.

The role involves building and maintaining talent pipelines for various IT positions, partnering closely with clients to refine job profiles, and providing regular updates on hiring progress. The IT Recruiter will use job boards,



skilled networks, social media, and other tools to attract qualified candidates, while ensuring a positive candidate experience and adherence to fair, transparent hiring practices. Collaboration with internal teams to align recruitment strategies with client expectations and market trends is also a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.
- Candidates should possess skills in IT Recruitment and Technical Recruiting to source, assess, and place candidates in diverse technology roles.
- Candidates should possess robust Recruiting skills, including candidate sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
- Relevant experience working in a consultancy or agency recruitment environment is highly beneficial.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with both clients and candidates.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage multiple requisitions, and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), professional networking platforms, and modern sourcing tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory hiring practices and a professional, ethical approach to recruitment.
