Responsibilities
- Manage IT asset inventory, lifecycle tracking, audits, and disposal.
- Manage Windows/macOS devices using MDM tools like JumpCloud.
- Administer endpoint security, antivirus, and DLP solutions.
- Monitor patching, security, compliance, and vulnerability management.
- Manage user accounts and access through Active Directory/JumpCloud.
- Provide L1/L2 desktop and technical support.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, email, and VPN issues.
- Maintain IT documentation and security compliance.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with MDM, JumpCloud, Kaspersky, and Safetica.
- Valuable knowledge of endpoint security, patching, and access management.
- Experience with ticketing tools like Jira or ManageEngine.
- Basic knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, IP, VPN, and ITIL processes.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and vendor management skills.
- Experience with Windows, macOS, and basic Linux.
