Educational Qualifications - Degree or Diploma: Must hold a graduation degree in Engineering from a recognized university, or a Diploma in Engineering from a recognized institute/university.
Work Experience - For Graduates: Minimum work experience of 5 years in the manufacturing sector.
For Diploma Holders: Minimum work experience of 8 years in the manufacturing sector.
Domain Requirement: At least 3 years of this experience must be in operations, quality, management, auditing, or consulting.
Additional Qualification: Holding a valid ISO Lead Auditor certification (such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001) is mandatory.
