Role Description

This is a full-time in office role for an IP Litigation Associate at United & United. The role involves handling day-to-day tasks such as legal research, drafting motions, preparing for depositions, and representing clients in courts.

Your mission

- Be a team player!
- Ability to make effective submissions in courts and tribunals, Drafting Litigation documents;
- Stay updated on daily judgments and case laws,



and circulate relevant updates to the team.
- Work independently, effectively prioritize and manage your time.
- Must be comfortable with repetitive tasks;
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and well-coordinated with in the team;
- Excellent writing, editing, and managing client portfolios.
- Communicate effectively with internal leadership to identify challenges and propose solutions and areas for improvement.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Law is a must;
- At least 4-5 year of experience as a practicing lawyer in IP Litigation;
- Detailed knowledge and understanding of IP laws.
