Role Description The IOT/Robotics Trainer will design and deliver hands-on training programs in robotics and IoT for students and faculty, focusing on practical applications and industry-relevant skills.

Responsibilities include planning curricula, preparing laboratory activities, conducting classroom and lab sessions, and guiding learners through projects and assignments. The trainer will also set up and maintain robotics and IoT equipment, provide troubleshooting support in labs,



and ensure safe and efficient use of training resources. Additional duties include creating learning materials, supporting institutional CoE initiatives, collaborating with academic and industry partners, and mentoring students on innovation, research, and career pathways.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bijnor.

Qualifications

- Strong practical skills in Robotics and Robot operation, including configuration, programming, and integration in training environments.
- Experience with Robotic Welding techniques and applications, especially in teaching or demonstrative lab settings.
- Ability to perform Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance on robotic and IoT equipment to ensure reliable lab operations.
- Working knowledge of IoT concepts, sensors, microcontrollers (e.g., Arduino, Raspberry Pi), and basic networking for connected devices.
- Proven experience as a technical trainer, instructor, or lab mentor in engineering, robotics, or related domains.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in an accessible way.
- Robust organizational skills for lesson planning, documentation, and classroom management.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Engineering, Robotics, Mechatronics, Electronics, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced certifications in Robotics or IoT are an advantage.
- Commitment to gender-neutral, inclusive teaching practices and the ability to work effectively with diverse learners.
