We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Engineer with 3+ years of experience in Autodesk Inventor modeling and parametric design . The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating accurate 3D models, detailed drawings, and design documentation to support product development and engineering projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain 3D parametric models and assemblies using Autodesk Inventor
- Create 2D drawings, GDT, and BOMs as per engineering standards
- Modify and optimize designs based on functional, manufacturability, and cost requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, and design
- Perform design validations and incorporate engineering changes
- Ensure compliance with company standards, industry codes, and best practices
- Support prototype development and production readiness
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical design
- Robust proficiency in Autodesk Inventor
- Solid understanding of parametric modeling techniques
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (machining, sheet metal, casting, etc.)
- Experience with GDT, tolerance analysis, and engineering drawings
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and design requirements
- Good problem-solving and communication skills
