About Us

We are The Good Monks and Monk Studios — two Bengaluru-based creative outfits working together under the same roof, specialising in F&B; and FMCG brands.

From restaurant launches and food shoots to brand campaigns and creator collaborations — if it's F&B; and it needs to look good, we're probably behind it. This internship sits at the intersection of both worlds: you'll be shooting and editing content that feeds into real brand work and real campaigns across both outfits.

How We Work

This is a hybrid role. Most of your work happens remotely — but expect to come in once a week for team sync-ups or founder check-ins, and be on-site at client locations whenever shoots or brand activations call for it. If you're someone who likes flexibility but also thrives in the energy of a live shoot — this is for you.

What You'll Be Doing

- Shoot short-form video content — Reels, BTS, and brand stories — on iPhone and/or DSLR at client sites, restaurant launches, and in-studio
- Edit footage into polished, brand-ready cuts using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar tools
- Post and manage content across brand social media handles — Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and more — including captions, hashtags, and scheduling
- Monitor post performance and share basic insights with the team (reach, engagement, saves)
- Build mood boards capturing brand aesthetics, visual direction, and content themes for F&B; clients
- Research visual references and bring fresh content ideas independently




- Collaborate with the creative team on content calendars and campaign concepts
- Support campaign execution across both The Good Monks and Monk Studios

You're a Good Fit If You:

- Have a reel or portfolio of videos you've shot and edited yourself (this matters more than your degree)
- Have a good eye for aesthetics and a feel for what makes a brand look and feel right
- Are comfortable on social media — not just as a user, but as someone who understands what performs and why
- Are proactive and spot content opportunities before someone points them out
- Are reliable for in office shoots when scheduled — punctuality and presence matter on set
- Own an iPhone and know how to use it well — lighting, framing, angles (preferred)
- Own a DSLR or mirrorless camera (preferred, not mandatory)

Stipend & Perks

- Fixed: ₹7,500 /month + Incentive: ₹2,500–3,000/month
- Certificate + Letter of Recommendation
- Hands-on training from Day 1 — tools, workflows, and real client briefs
- Exposure to real brand work across both The Good Monks and Monk Studios
- Job offer on successful completion (CTC ₹2.4–3L/year)
- Hybrid setup — work from home most days, come in when it counts
