Job Summary

We are hiring candidates for an international seller support process. The role involves assisting sellers through email and chat and providing accurate and professional resolutions to their queries.

Eligibility

- Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of BPO or customer service experience
- Valuable written and verbal English communication skills
- Candidates with international email, chat, customer service, or seller support experience are preferred

Key Responsibilities
- Handle seller queries through email and chat
- Provide accurate information and appropriate resolutions




- Follow process guidelines and quality standards
- Maintain professional communication with sellers
- Meet process-related performance and quality requirements

Work Schedule
- 24/7 rotational shifts

- Rotational weekly offs
- Two-way cab facility available, subject to company policy and applicable conditions

Skills Required
- Excellent English communication

- Strong written communication
- Good typing and comprehension skills
- Customer service and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in rotational shifts

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
