Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end operations of international holiday packages.
- Coordinate with overseas DMCs, hotels, transporters, guides, and other suppliers.
- Prepare and coordinate customized international holiday itineraries as per client requirements.
- Handle hotel, sightseeing, transfers, activities, and other travel arrangements.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team for smooth execution of confirmed bookings.
- Obtain quotations from international suppliers and negotiate rates where required.
- Manage booking confirmations, vouchers, invoices, and travel-related documentation.
- Coordinate with clients before and during their international trips.
- Ensure timely confirmations and smooth execution of all travel arrangements.
- Handle changes, cancellations, amendments, and emergency situations during travel.
- Maintain strong relationships with overseas suppliers and DMC partners.
- Check costing, margins, payment schedules, and booking details.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.




- Maintain proper records and update operational reports.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of international destinations, hotels, sightseeing, transfers, and holiday packages.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Valuable knowledge of MS Office / Excel.
- Excellent coordination and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings and work under deadlines.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
- 25 years of experience in International Holiday Operations / Travel Operations.
- Experience working with DMCs, B2B travel suppliers, or international holiday packages will be preferred.
