Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for an International Marketing Executive based in Gandhinagar. The role involves identifying and developing new international markets for APIs, fine chemicals, intermediates, and impurities, as well as nurturing relationships with existing global clients and distributors.

The International Marketing

Executive will handle day-to-day activities such as market research, lead generation, responding to international inquiries, preparing proposals and price quotations, and coordinating with internal teams on product availability and delivery timelines.

Responsibilities include managing participation in international trade fairs, maintaining marketing materials,



tracking competitor activity, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely communication and follow-up. The role also requires regular reporting on sales performance, assisting in contract negotiations, and contributing to strategic marketing plans for targeted regions.

Qualifications

- Strong international marketing, business development, and client relationship management skills, preferably within the pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
- Proficiency in market research, competitor analysis, and lead generation for global markets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional foreign language skills are an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with technical, production, and logistics teams to address client requirements and ensure on-time delivery.
- Comfort with using marketing tools, MS Office, and digital channels for qualified communication and marketing.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Prior experience in API or fine chemicals export marketing is highly beneficial.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for client meetings and trade events.
