Role & responsibilities

Role: Customer Care Executive (Blended Process)

Location: iEnergizer, Sector 60, Noida

Salary: 51,000 CTC

Shift: 24/7 Rotational Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working

Weekly Off: 2 Rotational Offs

Eligibility Criteria

Minimum 6 months of experience in an International BPO is mandatory.

Candidates should have good spoken and written English communication skills.

Comfortable working in a 24/7 rotational shift setting.

Willing to work from the office in Noida Sector 60.

Candidates should be customer-focused and comfortable handling both voice and chat interactions.
