We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented Intern - Talent Acquisition to join our HR team. In this role you will support end-to-end recruitment activities - from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and maintaining hiring pipelines. Responsibilities
- Sourcing: Identify and engage potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
- Screening: Review applications, conduct initial outreach, and perform basic qualification screens to shortlist candidates.
- Interview coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews between candidates and hiring managers, sending timely reminders and updates.
- Pipeline management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or hiring tracker.
- Job postings: Draft and publish job descriptions across relevant platforms, ensuring postings are accurate and well-formatted.
- Candidate experience: Communicate professionally and promptly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Reporting:
Assist in preparing weekly hiring status reports and tracking key recruitment metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Solid interpersonal and communication skills - written and verbal
- Organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail) or Microsoft Office
- A genuine interest in people, hiring, and building great teams
- Prior internship experience in HR or recruitment is a plus but not required
