Job Summary:

Hyperloop Consultancy Group is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Architect Intern to support our architectural design and redevelopment projects. The intern will assist senior architects in preparing drawings, presentations, feasibility studies, and regulatory documentation for high-rise, SRA, and CHS redevelopment projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in preparing concept plans, working drawings, and design layouts.
- Create & update 2D drawings and 3D models (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit preferred).
- Support design development for residential, commercial, and redevelopment projects.
- Conduct site visits, surveys, and document existing site conditions.
- Assist in preparing feasibility reports, area statements, and compliance drawings.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, legal, and external consultants.
- Study and apply UDCPR 2020, DCPR 2034, NMMC, MHADA & SRA regulations.
- Support in client presentations and preparation of project documentation.




- Maintain organized project records and assist the design team in day-to-day tasks.

Skills & Qualifications:

- Pursuing B.Arch (3rd, 4th, or 5th year) or recent graduate.
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (mandatory).
- Working knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, and Enscape/Lumion (preferred).
- Basic understanding of architectural detailing, FSI, and development control rules.
- Positive communication skills and collaborative approach.
- Creative thinking with strong attention to detail.
