Job Summary

Valeo India Private Limited is seeking a highly motivated Intern - CAD 1 to contribute to our engineering and design teams. This role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with CAD software and support various projects.

Job Responsibilities

- Assist senior engineers and designers in creating and modifying 2D and 3D CAD models.

- Support the preparation of technical drawings, schematics, and layouts.

- Perform basic design calculations and simulations under supervision.

- Contribute to the documentation and organization of design files and project data.

- Participate in design reviews and provide input where appropriate.

- Learn and apply company CAD standards and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design integrity and project success.

Job Qualifications

- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.





- Basic understanding of CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks, AutoCAD).

- Familiarity with engineering principles and design concepts.

- Robust attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
