Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Interior Site Engineer to manage and supervise day-to-day interior execution activities at our project site in Sector 102A, Gurugram. The candidate will coordinate with contractors, vendors, designers, and project managers to ensure that work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day interior site execution.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved GFC drawings, BOQ, specifications, and design details.
- Coordinate with contractors, carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, false-ceiling teams, flooring teams, and other site vendors.
- Check site measurements and ensure accuracy of executed work.
- Monitor quality of materials and workmanship.
- Prepare and maintain daily site progress reports.
- Track project progress against the planned schedule and highlight delays.
- Coordinate with the design and project management teams to resolve site-related issues.
- Read and interpret architectural, interior, electrical, plumbing, and MEP drawings.
- Ensure proper sequencing and coordination between different trades.
- Monitor material deliveries, quantities, storage, and usage at site.
- Coordinate material requirements with the procurement/store team.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignments, finishes, and installation quality.
- Identify and communicate site issues, discrepancies, and required modifications.
- Assist in preparing measurements for contractor/vendor billing.




- Prepare and close snag lists before project handover.
- Ensure site safety, housekeeping, and discipline.
- Coordinate final rectification and handover activities.

Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out and site execution.
- Valuable understanding of civil and interior works.
- Ability to read and interpret AutoCAD drawings.
- Knowledge of plywood, MDF, laminates, veneers, glass, gypsum, tiles, flooring, paints, hardware, and other interior materials.
- Understanding of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and MEP coordination.
- Good knowledge of measurements and quantity estimation.
- Strong contractor and vendor coordination skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
- Working knowledge of MS Excel and site documentation.

Educational Qualification Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.

Preferred Experience

Experience in residential interiors, office interiors, retail fit-outs, hospitality projects, or turnkey interior projects will be preferred.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate should be hands-on, technically sound, detail-oriented, and capable of independently managing site execution, while maintaining quality, timelines, and effective coordination with all project stakeholders.

Pay: ₹10,157.06 - ₹30,394.22 per month
